Payments

Cherries Jewels Online uses third party payment gateways for processing payment of all orders from the Website. Cancellation policy

We try to accept all orders successfully placed by customers but there are some situations in which we may have to cancel your order.

Following are the situations:-

• Product may be temporarily out of stock
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase
• Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any part of your order are cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations by the Customer

We do not accept cancellations from the customer. Once the order has been placed, the customer cannot cancel the order.

FRAUDULENT/DECLINED TRANSACTION

If any person is using the site fraudulently, Cherries Jewels Online reserves the right to recover the cost of goods or any other charges that occur from that person.  Cherries Jewels Online also has the right to take legal action against a person who is using the site fraudulently.

Cherries Jewels Online takes every possible effort to display the colour of products that is visible on our site as perfectly as possible.
